Illuminata House of Prayer, named after the Illumination of Mary commemorates the Mary’s active participation giving light to the Word made Flesh.  The setting for this house of prayer is a farm house located on the PHJC property consisting of forest, prairie and walking paths along Lake Galbraith.  The facility is wheel chair accessible. There are bedrooms for overnight stays.  Sisters and Associates are invited to spend time in solitude and prayer.  Illuminata House is ideal for those Sisters needing time in quiet solitude while needing a personal sense of presence. Retreatants can bring their own food, or meals are provided.
